Who we are:
JCM Property Maintenance was established in 1983 by Joel Clarke-Morgan, a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen. JCM has been operating successfully ever since, first on a ‘self-employed’ basis and now as a limited company. A family man, Joel helped to raise three children and Paul, the youngest, officially joined JCM in 2014.

We offer a range of property maintenance services at
competitive prices for home-owners, landlords and businesses alike. We
currently work closely with two local letting agencies and have an
ongoing maintenance contract with a local school.
